This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Janitorial Services as further described in Section 1 of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kawartha Lakes is seeking qualified Janitorial Contractors to provide janitorial services at select City owned and leased buildings located in different communities across the City. The work will include both night time cleaning and services as well as daytime cleaning and sanitizing of building spaces. The City will prequalify a maximum of five (5) of the highest ranking Contractors with the necessary expertise, skills, experience, and proven success of similar type work whom will be invited to respond to a future procurement process. |
