This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for RFP 2022-85-CP Water Meter Replacements, for the provision of all design, labour, equipment and materials necessary, as further described in Appendix C of the RFP Particulars. The City of Kawartha Lakes (City) services over 11,000 water meters across the municipality. As part of its asset maintenance plan and long-term multi-year strategy regarding its water meter population, the City will be proactively replacing water meters and transmitters that have passed their optimal operating life cycle. The City is asking for qualified vendors to submit a response to the this RFQ as further described in the procurement request. |
