This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to submit quotations for 2026-028-CQ Redevelopment of Arbour Court Park as further described in Appendix C of the RFQ Particulars. 

The City is requesting quotations, including all labour, fuel, equipment and materials necessary to complete site improvements including, but not limited to site preparation and demolition, excavation and grading, installation of erosion and sediment control measures, asphalt and concrete paving, curbs, limestone pathways and parking areas, drainage works including culverts, supply and installation of site furnishings and recreational features, playground works including safety surfacing, tree planting and landscaping, and all associated restoration in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
