This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide IT infrastructure, software and project delivery services, as further described in this RFSQ. The City of Kawartha Lakes’ Information Technology (IT) department is implementing a Technology and Project Delivery Services Roster (Roster) to prequalify experienced and qualified firms for future Request for Quotation or Request for Proposal processes for a number of projects with approved budgets of less than $175,000 for the following consulting services categories:
Benefits of the implementation of a Technology and Project Delivery Services Roster will consolidate the selection process, shorten project cycle rates, decrease project costs and provide best fit matching flexibility for IT Services assignments. The City will evaluate a firm’s qualifications, project experience and other criteria and select those firms with the highest scores to be included on the roster, within the maximums specified in this request. Within the term of the roster, the Consultant retains the right and discretion to remove their consulting firm from the roster. The roster will be in effect for a term of 3 years, expiring on September 30, 2027 with the option of adding two additional one year of extensions to the contract. The City will have the option to add additional consulting firms to the roster during the term of the contract. In addition to the work required herein, the City may utilize the roster to invite the firms to quote for similar projects where similar type services are required but may have not been listed in Appendix A – RFSQ Particulars. Companies with the necessary expertise, skills, experience, and proven success of similar type project and technical services experience will be invited to participate in the invitational second stage competitive procurement process. |
