This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Proponents to submit Quotations for RFQ 2021-49-OP Environmental Monitoring and Reporting at Landfill Sites, for the provision of all design, labour, equipment and materials necessary, as further described in Appendix C the RFQ Particulars. The City of Kawartha Lakes is required to perform monitoring (sampling) and annual reporting to the Ministry of Conservation and Parks (MECP), for sixteen (16) open and closed landfill sites located in the City. Specifically, the Successful Proponent will perform specified landfill monitoring and will ensure that all data provided to the City is accurate and in the requested format, as all information gathered will be used in the reporting phase of the project. |
