The City of Kawartha Lakes is seeking quotations for the demolition and removal of a 583 sq. ft. dwelling located at 4437 Highway 7 in Omemee. The structure was subject to fire in 2019 and as a result has been deemed unsafe. The work shall include decommissioning, and demolition/removal of the structure. It shall also include backfilling and grading affected areas as required to match existing grades and site conditions, to restore the site. |
