This Request for Proposal is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the Thornhill Reservoir HVAC, Chemical Room Design, Valves and Flow Meters and Lindsay Water Treatment Plant HVAC Design, for the provision of all design, labour, equipment and materials necessary, for several upgrades at the Lindsay Water Treatment Plant and the Thornhill Reservoir, as further described in Appendix C of the RFP Particulars. |
