This Request for Proposals is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the Environmental Assessment for Capacity Expansion of the Lindsay Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP), for the provision of all study, design, labour, equipment and materials necessary to complete an environmental assessment (EA) for the capacity expansion of the Lindsay (WPCP), as further described in Appendix C of the RFP Particulars. |
