The City of Kawartha Lakes requires chemical analysis of environmental samples collected from sixteen (16) open and closed landfill sites. Sampling will take place throughout the year with the highest volumes for analysis in the Spring (April-June) and Fall (September-November). Samples for analysis will include groundwater, surface water, leachate, soil/sediment and compost. This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Proponents to submit Quotations for RFQ 2022-05-OQ Laboratory Services for Environmental Monitoring at Various Landfill Sites, for the provision of all labour, equipment and materials necessary, as further described in Appendix C the RFQ Particulars.
