This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to submit quotations for 2025-114-CQ Omemee Marina Parking Lot Paving, as further described in Appendix C of the RFQ Particulars. 

The City is requesting quotations, including all labour, fuel, equipment and material necessary for asphalt paving, earths work, line painting, furniture installation, armour stone, etc. at the Omemee Marina located at Colborne Street North and Church Street East, Omemee, ON.

It is understood and agreed that each Respondent, has by careful examination, satisfied themselves as to the specifications of goods; nature of the service and the work, the character, quality and quantity of the task (i.e. Location of hydro wires, trees, rocks, etc.), the general and local conditions, warranty and all other matters, which can in any way affect the goods or service prior to providing a submission.
