This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the design and contract administration for replacement ice pads at various arena locations through the City of Kawartha Lakes as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kawartha Lakes Parks, Recreation and Culture Division is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to become the vendor of record for the design and contract administration for the replacement of the floors and boards at various locations throughout the City. The first location will be for the two ice pads at the Lindsay Recreation Complex. The other four possible replacement locations are Little Britain, Manvers, Oakwood and Omemee arenas. |
