This Request for Proposals is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the completion of an engineering design for the rehabilitation of Coboconk Sewage Pumping Stations (SPS) 1, 2, and 3. The engineered design should also include the design of bypass pumping requirements in order to isolate each SPS from the system and maintain overall system function during construction. The engineering design will include the generation of drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, construction staging plans, contingency plans, and a detailed explanation of bypass procedures, as further described in Appendix C of the RFP Particulars.
