This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide the services required for heritage building restoration, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars.

The work includes various improvements to the building envelope of a Heritage Designated Building – Olde Gaol Museum, located in the City of Kawartha Lakes. The City will prequalify a maximum of nine (9) qualified contractors who meet the qualifications as outlined in Appendix A – Section C with the necessary expertise, skills, experience and proven success of similar type work. Prequalified companies will be invited to respond to a second stage competitive procurement process in 2025. The anticipated contract(s) will be based on a CCDC2 stipulated sum contract.
