This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to submit quotations for 2025-113-CQ Lindsay Street Bridge Rehabilitation Fenelon Falls, as further described in Appendix C of the RFQ Particulars. 

The work includes, but is not limited to:

• Establish traffic control and staging to accommodate construction in two stages utilizing daily flagging operations;
• Supply and install erosion and sediment control environmental measures;
• Asphalt removals, waterproofing and paving of the existing deck at the expansion joint locations;
• Removal of the failed concrete barrier end wall panel on the southwest quadrant and adjacent approach slab directly below, and replace with concrete curb;
• Removal and replacement of the concrete sidewalk and curb in the southwest quadrant;
• Concrete patch repairs to the barrier walls, barrier posts, and sidewalk;
• Asphalt removal and re-paving on the approaches
