The City intends to enter into an agreement for professional services to execute a preliminary and detailed design, as well as the preparation of all excess soil management requirements, Request for Quotation documentation necessary for the proposed reconstruction project.

Currently all subject roadways have a paved surfaces, with a mix of asphalt, concrete, interlocking brick aprons, open ditches, curb and gutter, sidewalks, and a grass boulevard. The underground services are watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer. The storm sewers ultimately flow into the Bobcaygeon River.
