The City of Kawartha Lakes is requesting quotations for all labour, fuel, equipment and materials necessary to rout, clean, fill and seal both longitudinal and transverse cracks on various roadways within the City of Kawartha Lakes, using a hot poured rubberized bituminous material subject to the specifications outlined in the Request for Quotation.
