That GIP Paving Inc., being the lowest compliant submission, be awarded the Request for Quotation 2022-113-CQ Wilson Field Stormwater Management Pond Clean Out for the amount of $352,490.80 not including HST;
That the City tipping fees in the amount of $389,000.00, being the cost of disposing clean out materials in the City’s landfill, be waived for this project;
That subject to receipt of the requested documents the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the agreement; and
That the Procurement Division be authorized to issue a purchase order.
