The City of Kawartha Lakes intends to enter into an agreement for professional services to complete phases 3 & 4 of a Schedule C Class EA and complete a preliminary design for the Burnt River bypass alternative solution identified in phase 2 located on the 3rd concession road in the former Victoria County township of Somerville.
