The City of Kawartha Lakes is requesting Quotations to establish a roster of hired equipment with operator from qualified contractors for the purpose of supplementing the City’s own forces and equipment from time to time on an “as required” basis for projects under $50,000. It is the intent of the City to set up a standing arrangement and enter into a service agreement with a number of qualified contractors to provide on-going services, on an “as and when required” basis. The City may add or remove Contractors during the term of the contract provided they have complied with the same terms and conditions of this quotation. |
