This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Shoreline Restoration work on the Scugog River at the Wellington Street Bridge, Lindsay, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The work will include restoration, armour stone retaining wall, riparian plantings, riprap stabilization and trail resurfacing. Bidders are to provide lump sum fixed costs for all material, labour, fuel and equipment necessary to complete the work. |
