This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Refurbishment of One Landfill Compactor, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kawartha Lakes is looking for a facility, licensed to operate as a garage to perform maintenance, service and repairs by a licensed mechanic, for the refurbishment of a landfill compactor, Caterpillar 816B. Location of the compactor: Fenelon Landfill Site, 341 Mark Rd. Lot 16, Concession 4, Former Township of Fenelon, City of Kawartha Lakes, K0M 1G0. This request for quotation provides the detail on what is required to submit a quotation, how the City will evaluate the quotation and specifications for the goods and service.
