Description: 

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Support Service Agency (Agency) with expertise to operate a new supportive transitional housing project within the County of Haliburton. The Agency will be responsible for the provision of supports and coordination of third party Agencies as required for all program participants.
