This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) in partnership with the City of Kawartha Lakes Police Services Board (KLPSB), to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to hire a consultant to help develop and deliver a Kawartha Lakes Police Service community survey, as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Kawartha Lakes Police Service (KLPS) is inviting qualified Proponents to develop and assist in the delivery of a community survey and facilitate a series of stake holder consultations to advise the KLPS on the nature and level of services required for the growing community. |
