This High Score Request for Quotations (the “HSRFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Proponents to submit Quotations for HSRFQ 2026-017-OQ for City Wide Hot and Cold Mix Asphalt Pothole Patching Services – Multi-Year Contract, for the provision of all design, labour, equipment and materials necessary and as further described in Appendix C of the HSRFQ Particulars. The City has various roadway locations requiring localized asphalt potholes repairs, including pothole filling and surface patching, using both hot and cold mix asphalt materials. The selected Respondent will provide all labour, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform this work, including full traffic control in accordance with the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM) Book 7. |
