The City of Kawartha Lakes (hereinafter referred to as "the City") hereby invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the provision of all necessary labor, supervision, fuel, equipment, and materials required to remove existing road crossing culvert pipes and replace with Dual Wall High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, with a standard stiffness of 320 kPa, in compliance with the Cell Class requirements outlined in ASTM D3350. Bell and spigot pipe will not be accepted for this contract. This project involves road crossing culverts located on both asphalt and gravel roads within the City's Nine (9) Operating Areas |
