This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for 2018-66-OQ Supply and Delivery of Cover Material at Specified Landfill Sites, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kawartha Lakes invites bids for the supply and delivery of clean cover material to specified landfills. The Respondent shall supply and utilize all labour, fuel, equipment and materials necessary to provide cover material at specified landfills. The supply and delivery of clean, uncontaminated, permeable sandy soil material is for the Lindsay-Ops, Fenelon and Somerville Landfill sites, on an “as required” basis. This may include daily, weekly or monthly delivery as determined by the landfill site requirements. Respondents may bid on one or more sites.
