This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding quotations for rooftop safety upgrades to the Norland and Fenelon Falls libraries, as further described in Section 1 of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Kawartha Lakes is requesting quotations for all labour, fuel, equipment and materials necessary for rooftop safety upgrades to two locations in accordance with the quotation documents. The two locations are as follows:
