This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide the services required for ice pad replacements, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars.

The work includes rink floor, dasher board and pad related refrigeration system be replacements. The City will prequalify a maximum of three (3) qualified contractors who meet the qualifications as outlined in Appendix A – Section C with the necessary expertise, skills, experience and proven success of similar type work who will be invited to respond to second stage competitive procurement processes beginning in 2024 and over the next three budget cycles including 2027 for various ice pad replacement projects. The anticipated contract(s) will be based on a CCDC2 stipulated sum contract.
