This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for 2019-17-CQ Upgrade Existing Leachate Valve Chamber at the Closed Lindsay Street North Landfill, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The work will include all labour, materials, fuel and equipment to supply, install, and put in continuous successful operation all equipment and appurtenances, including provision of operating assistance to the Owner, as described herein.
