The City is seeking to hire a Consultant for a long term project to create SCADA Standards, a strategy and budget for the upgrades of the entire SCADA system. provide programing and commissioning services, contract administration as the construction upgrades commence, as-built drawings, process control narratives (PCNs) and SCADA manuals to capture the changes as they take place.
