This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for RFP 2024-026-CP Development of a Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan, for the provision of all labour and materials necessary, as further described in Appendix C of the RFP Particulars. The City of Kawartha Lakes is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan. The Plan will enable the municipality to strategically plan for and responsibly manage the provision of parks and recreation services over the next ten to 15 years. The municipality is looking for a Strategic Plan that is practical and pragmatic and that is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of the community. |
