The City of Kawartha Lakes is requesting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a detailed Roads Needs Study which will utilize the MTO Inventory Manual and the most recent City of Kawartha Lakes’ Roads Needs Study undertaken in 2021 and provide data necessary to comply with Ontario O.Reg. 588/17 for Asset Management Planning. The intent of the Study is to provide to the City a comprehensive asset inventory of the City’s 2700 km of road network and develop a 5 and 10-year infrastructure improvement strategy for presentation to Council |
