The City of Kawartha Lakes is seeking quotations for the demolition and removal of a dwelling located at 50 Russell St. E., City of Kawartha Lakes. The structure was subject to fire in December 2023 and as a result has been deemed unsafe. The work shall include decommissioning, and demolition/removal of the structure. It shall also include backfilling and grading affected areas as required to match existing grades and site conditions, to restore the site. |
