The City of Kawartha Lakes is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors and/or engineering firms to undertake condition assessments and inspections of Twenty Six (26) municipal watermain valve chambers located throughout the community of Lindsay, Ontario Drinking Water Quality Management System: The Water & Wastewater Division, Public Works for the City of Kawartha Lakes has implemented a quality management system for the provision of safe drinking water that meets the requirements of The Ontario Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Park’s Drinking Water Quality Management Standard. There is a Quality Management System Policy that has been developed where specific procedures exist pertaining to the provision of supplies and services essential for the delivery of safe drinking water.
