This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (“the City”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for RFP 2025-097-CP Environmental Assessment for Capacity Expansion of Lindsay Water System, for the completion of a Schedule C Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (EA), Hydraulic Analysis and Modeling, Optimization Study, and Enhanced Conceptual Design for the Capacity Expansion of the Lindsay Water Treatment Plant (LWTP), Booster Pumping Station and Water Storage Facilities in Lindsay and Oakwood, as further described in the RFP Particulars (the “Deliverables”). |
